Position: Engineer – Project & Management Consulting

Location: Thane (Wagle Estate) | Mumbai candidates preferred

Who We Are Looking For

A dynamic Engineer (B.E./B.Tech – Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Energy / Renewables) who:

• Is academically sound and detail-oriented, yet curious about the bigger business picture;

• Aspires to grow into management consulting, project leadership, or techno-commercial roles; and

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in preparing technical, commercial, and financial analyses for renewable-energy and infrastructure projects.
• Participate in site visits, data analysis, and feasibility-study preparation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, clients, and vendors).
• Support preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), techno-economic evaluations (TEVs), and bid documentation.
• Contribute to presentations and dashboards for government, corporate, and international clients.
• Learn project-management tools and contribute to process optimisation within the organisation.

Desired Skills & Attributes

• Strong academic background with logical and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility, dependability, and ethical conduct.
• Passion for renewable energy, sustainability, and innovation.
• Ability to adapt quickly, work under timelines, and learn continuously.
