Role Overview

The Manager – Renewable Energy Consulting will lead consulting assignments covering feasibility studies, DPRs, TEV reports, due diligence, regulatory assessments, and multi-stakeholder coordination for renewable energy projects. The role demands strong domain knowledge, analytical capability, professional maturity, and excellence in client communication.

Candidate ProfileEducation

• B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Energy Engineering
• Postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

Minimum 5 years in Renewable Energy Consulting or EPC/EPCM roles with exposure to:

• Solar or hybrid project engineering
• DPR/TEV/feasibility preparation
• Due diligence and regulatory assessment
• Energy modelling (PVsyst, equivalent)

Technical Skills

• Strong analytical ability and structured thinking
• MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, report writing
• Understanding of PVsyst/AutoCAD/Helioscope preferred
• Capability to read layouts, SLDs, BOQs, project drawings

Behavioural Competencies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High discipline, clarity of thought, and professional conduct
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently

Compensation & Growth

• Annual Salary: ₹6,00,000 – ₹9,00,000 (based on expertise)
