Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and streamline our operations in Noida. This role involves managing logistics, purchasing, customer service, and sales functions to ensure operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities & Experience

  • 15+ years in supply chain, logistics, or vendor management
  • 7+ years leading cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in ERP systems & advanced Excel
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Education

  • Bachelors in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business
  • MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Operations/Supply Chain (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
  • APICS CPIM / CSCP or similar certifications
