Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Aveva ERM implementation for engineering projects.
  • Configure system settings, workflows, and project structures as per project requirements.
  • Manage and track material, resources, and fabrication workflows Link to Aveva Engineering.
  • Ensure accurate BOM, MTO, and fabrication data flows seamlessly.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and progress KPIs from ERM.
  • Integrate ERM with AVEVA E3D, AVEVA NET, and other enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolution.
  • Validate vendor / project data consistency and Validate Customers PMS, alignment with standards.
  • Support project audits, documentation, and database management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Aveva ERM.
  • Strong knowledge of project material management & fabrication workflows.
  • Experience in ERM modules:

    Material, Warehouse, Fabrication, Installation

    Resource management and progress tracking
  • Knowledge of EPC/EPCM design and construction phases.
  • Able to manage multi-discipline coordination (piping, structural, E&I, procurement).
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Good understanding of database structure (Oracle/SQL preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.

Education / Certifications

  • BE / B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical / Production / Civil preferred).
  • Aveva ERM training or certification is an added advantage.
