Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and handle day-to-day activities
  • Develop and implement integrated digital strategies to achieve business goals
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across written, visual, and audio formats and platforms
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social manner while cultivating leads and driving sales
  • Conduct search marketing efforts including keyword research, SEO (on-page and off-page), and paid advertising across Google Ads and social media
  • Write compelling ad copy, design engaging creatives, and optimize campaigns for better performance
  • Analyze and track key metrics such as customer lifetime value, acquisition cost, and retention cost to improve ROI
  • Design and manage visual content for social media, ads, landing pages, blogs, and email campaigns while ensuring emotional appeal and social connection
  • Develop and expand community and influencer outreach programs to enhance brand visibility
  • Create and manage a daily content calendar including posts like reels, stories, images, videos, ads, and written content
  • Create and manage an online review funnel while monitoring and responding to reviews to build brand reputation
  • Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and digital advocacy to strengthen brand presence
  • Stay updated with trends in tools, algorithms, platforms, and design to keep digital strategies effective and innovative
  • Analyze campaign performance using cost-per-click and other data insights and translate findings into actionable strategy improvements
  • Evaluate campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations for refining social media, content marketing, SEO, and advertising efforts
  • Prepare reports highlighting campaign performance, effectiveness, and recommendations for future optimization
  • Monitor and address user-generated content that may pose risks or opportunities for the brand
  • Collaborate and communicate with sales, creative, and client service teams to ensure alignment on content, messaging, and campaign objectives
