About the Role
We're looking for a Content & Social Media Marketing Lead to manage Aramya's brand storytelling across platforms. This role blends creative strategy, content development, and community engagement, ensuring that every piece of content from Instagram Reels to website banners reflects Aramyas ethos of authenticity, inclusivity, and style.
Roles & Responsibilities
A) Content Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Aramya's brand voice and marketing goals.
- Lead both visual and textual storytelling across touch points — social, website, CRM, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with graphics, copy, design, and product teams to ensure creative cohesion and brand alignment.
- Plan and produce short-form content (emails, captions, ads) and long-form content (blogs, features, brand stories) to strengthen engagement and SEO.
B) Social Media Management
- Build, manage, and grow Aramya's social presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Create platform-specific strategies and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Leverage trends, cultural moments, and storytelling formats to make Aramya's content both viral and meaningful.
C) Content & Asset Creation
- Lead content and creative asset development with the graphics and copy teams.
- Produce visual and written content for website banners, campaign shoots, product launches, and performance marketing.
- Write short-form content (for CRM: emails, SMS, WhatsApp, app notifications) and long-form blogs (for website storytelling, SEO, and brand thought-leadership).
- Align with the Performance Marketing team to ensure creatives drive conversions while maintaining brand integrity.
- Ensure creative consistency across all brand touch points — social, website, CRM, ads, and offline collaterals.
D) Community Building
- Foster and grow an engaged online community aligned with Aramya's ethos.
- Interact with followers through comments, DMs, and interactive posts to build authentic relationships.
- Partner with creators, influencers, and customers to amplify brand reach and storytelling.
E) Analytics & Optimization
- Track, analyse, and create reports on content and social performance metrics.
- Experiment with new formats, trends, and storytelling techniques to improve engagement and reach.
- Use insights to refine content strategy and guide future campaigns.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing and social media management, preferably within D2C or fashion/lifestyle brands.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with strong creative writing and communication skills.
- Proven expertise in managing social media platforms, tools, and scheduling systems.
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- A genuine passion for fashion, consumer culture, and understanding of India's modern woman.
- Strong academic background — graduates from Tier-1 institutes (IIT, IIM, ISB, NIFT, NID, NIT, etc.) preferred.
