Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our brand's online presence across multiple platforms. With 6 years of hands-on experience, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic campaigns, managing content calendars, analyzing performance metrics, and driving engagement and growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goalsManage and grow presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging channelsLead content creation efforts including copywriting, visual coordination, and video productionCollaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistencyMonitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to optimize performanceAnalyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Sprout SocialManage paid social campaigns including budgeting, targeting, and A/B testingEngage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and foster brand loyaltyPrepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field6+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in B2C or D2C brandsProven track record of growing social media accounts and driving ROIStrong understanding of platform algorithms, SEO, and content best practicesProficiency in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok AdsExcellent communication, storytelling, and project management skillsAbility to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Skills: Experience with influencer marketing and UGC campaigns

Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools

Basic graphic design or video editing skills

Certifications in digital marketing or social media strategy
