Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our academic services, handling inbound and outbound sales calls, assisting in digital marketing campaigns, and coordinating outreach for educational events and webinars.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Lead Generation:
Make outbound calls to potential clients (students, parents, institutions) to explain the company's academic and educational services.
Handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information, and convert leads into sales.
Maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up regularly to ensure lead conversion.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as set by the management.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Maintain records of calls, sales, and client interactions using CRM tools.
3. Digital Marketing Support:
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns on social media and other online platforms.
Help in lead generation through online channels, social media outreach, and email marketing.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to track campaign performance and reach target audiences.
4. Event Coordination:
Make calls to promote academic events, webinars, and workshops organized by the company.
Invite participants, handle registration queries, and ensure smooth event communication.
Support event logistics by following up with attendees and ensuring participation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident telephone manner and persuasive communication style.
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and digital communication tools.
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software will be an added advantage.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
