Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Counsellor based in Varanasi. The Sales Counsellor will connect with potential learners, understand their educational needs, and deliver tailored guidance to help them choose the right courses. Key responsibilities include reaching out to leads, proactively addressing queries, providing advice about Unacademy's offerings, and assisting in the enrollment process. Additional tasks include ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to team performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Sales, Customer Service, or Counseling with a focus on understanding customer needs.
• Basic knowledge of education technology, product offerings, and the ability to simplify information for others.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed performance metrics.
• Time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in sales or counseling and a bachelor's degree in any relevant field are preferred.
