Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site
Associate Admin
role based in
Calicut, Kerala
. The Associate Admin will be responsible for managing front office and reception activities, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations, and supporting various administrative tasks across departments.
Key responsibilities include handling end-to-end office activities, managing office supply procurement, coordinating office décor requirements, and liaising with relevant teams for facility management. The role will also involve attending inbound and outbound calls, supporting the admin department in EL and proposal preparation, assisting with document signing processes, and extending general administrative support. Additionally, the Associate Admin will assist with HR-related tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional attitude, customer-service orientation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years
of experience in administrative, front office, or office support roles.
