Learn more about our impact at About the Role: Computer Vision Lead – Product & DeploymentWe are seeking a Computer Vision Lead to drive the innovation, integration, and operational excellence of our computer vision solutions. In this leadership role, you will design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art computer vision models powering our automated vehicle inspection products.

You'll work closely with product teams to ensure our solutions push AI research boundaries while meeting real-world performance standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship:Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the computer vision team, fostering continuous learning and innovation.

Stay updated on emerging trends and research in computer vision and deep learning.

  • Product Integration & Deployment:Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of computer vision models into our production environment.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align technical solutions with business objectives.

  • Model Innovation & Optimization:Design, train, and optimize computer vision models for vehicle inspection applications using techniques like YOLO, Faster R-CNN, and key point detection.

Implement multi-task learning and self/semi-supervised strategies to enhance model performance. Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in designing, training, and deploying computer vision models, with deep knowledge of architectures like YOLO and FRCNN.
  • Proven expertise in key point detection, multi-task learning, and self/semi-supervised methodologies.
  • Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience bridging the gap between research and product deployment is a plus.
