Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Work closely with our customers as well as other members of the customer support team

  2. Communicate with the sales, technical, and product teams to ensure flawless execution of this support

  3. Maintain superb communication and handle a variety of tasks and projects at once

  4. Execute daily customer support operations, including responding to customer queries and following up on reported issues with internal teams

  5. Communicate with customers via call.

  6. Replicate reported customer issues and provide details for the escalation

Note:

  1. Weekends are working, you will be getting one week off (rotational) per week on the weekdays

  2. Shifts are rotational and 8 PM to 3 AM is the last shift, shifts might change weekly (no excuses will be entertained between your allotted shifts) while work from home.

  3. 9 hours working with a 1-hour break and sometimes stretching for some time

  4. It's a combination of both calling and email support where you will have to call the customer and merchants for a better understanding

  5. You will not be entitled to any leave for the first three months unless there is an extreme emergency

  1. Are Fluent in Telugu or Kannada along with Hindi and English.

  2. Can start immediately

  4. The one who has their own laptop, with a proper stable internet connection.
