Role Description

Urbanmistrii Studio is seeking a full-time Construction Supervisor for its New Delhi office. This on-site role involves overseeing construction projects, managing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and inspecting the quality of work. The Construction Supervisor will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and workers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is a critical part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and expertise in Site Supervision to effectively oversee construction activities and manage onsite teams
  • Proficiency in construction Inspection and ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications
  • Knowledge of Construction Safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient job site
  • Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred
