I am KK, Danta Technologies is looking for a Senior Human Resources professional who is expertise an HR Manager/Lead working in US IT staffing companies (
Only night shifts/ Onsite
).

  • ` Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain top talent in the succulent industry
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Address employee concerns and conflicts, providing guidance and resolutions in a fair and consistent manner
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, regular check-ins, and annual reviews
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Salary Negotiation and Closing, Documents Verification, Offer Release, BGV, Onboarding, Joining Formalities, Time Sheets and PO Followups, Employee Engage, Training and Development, Grievance Handling, Leave and Attendance Management, Payroll Inputs and Exit Formalities
  • Experience with Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management, , Client Handling, Client Account Management. Working experience with Contract, Contract to Hire, and Fulltime Positions
  • Handling complete Time & Attendance process , Framing Policy Documents as per the process implementations , POC to handle employee queries, grievances, and concerns
  • Preparation of Payroll inputs in the respective format , Ensuring the accuracy of records on the payroll system through thorough checks & control reports.
