Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer to join our Airfield Division. The candidate will be responsible for Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Documentation activities to ensure compliance with international aviation standards (ICAO, FAA, DGCA) and project-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Oversee 
QA/QC processes
 for airfield ground lighting (AGL) products, fittings, and installations.

·      Review and interpret 
technical drawings, specifications, and standards
.

·      Prepare and maintain 
Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Inspection Test Plans (ITP), and Method Statements
.

·      Conduct 
inspection and testing
 of incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and final products.

·      Ensure 
compliance with ICAO, FAA, and DGCA regulations
 for product quality and documentation.

·      Maintain 
records, test certificates, and documentation
 for internal audits and customer submissions.

·      Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and third-party inspectors to resolve quality-related issues.

·      Support project execution by providing QA/QC-related documentation to clients and authorities.

·      Participate in 
continuous improvement initiatives
 to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Bachelor's Degree in 
Mechanical Engineering

(or equivalent).

·       
2–5 years

of experience in QA/QC, preferably in infrastructure, aviation, or heavy engineering sectors.

·       Familiarity with 
ISO quality systems

, inspection processes, and documentation practices.

·       Knowledge of 
international aviation standards

(ICAO/FAA) will be an added advantage.

·       Proficiency in 
MS Office, Solid works, and documentation tools

.

·       Strong 
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

.
