Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Book Closure:
    AP/AR, payroll, FA, JVs, and freeze TB before MIS.
  • Receivables & Invoicing:
    Raise accurate invoices, follow up for collections, and manage customer account reconciliation.
  • Cash Flow:
    Prepare projections and flag shortfalls/surpluses.
  • Payables:
    Oversee vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
  • Team Leadership:
    Supervise a team of 4 accountants with timely reviews and deliverables.
  • Compliance & Audit:
    Ensure TDS, GST, PF, and ESI filings; support audits.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work with sales, ops, and leadership on financial processes.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong in MS Office, financial controls, and team management.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setup.
