Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as technical support for clients and respond promptly to inquiries and issues via email, ticketing system and other communication channels.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Communicate with vendors in case their services face degraded performance or outage
  • Escalate complex and unresolved issues to relevant personnel as necessary
  • Provide clear and professional guidance to clients for issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and status of raised tickets and client interaction and resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring issues
  • Monitor and evaluate hourly logs to ensure proper functioning of services
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and knowledge base

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of RESTful API, HTTP methods, and status codes.
  • Ability to work with cURL, and API clients like Postman, Insomnia etc
  • Basic knowledge of programming and scripting with Python for API testing and debugging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
