Job Summary:

Firstsource looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for recruitment. Whether you're a fresher with a keen interest in hiring or someone with prior experience in volume hiring, we welcome you to apply. Candidates with relevant recruitment experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
  • Manage high-volume hiring requirements effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and share regular recruitment reports and updates with the team.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR specialization is a plus).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in HR/recruitment are welcome.
  • Prior experience in bulk or volume hiring will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
