Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Telesales / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, along with a passion for client handling and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our advertising services
  • Generate leads, follow up regularly, and maintain client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into customers
  • Maintain data records, call logs, and daily reporting
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Coordinate with the sales & marketing team for campaign execution

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduation (any stream)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / BDE
  • Strong verbal communication in Hindi/Punjabi (Basic English required)
  • Excellent convincing and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word/Excel preferred

Salary Structure

₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Fixed Salary based on experience)
