About the Opportunity

Infopro Learning is hiring a Senior Instructional Designer to support one of the world's largest enterprise technology companies, known for innovation in semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions. This is a high-impact role where you will design learning experiences that help global B2B customers adopt complex products spanning legacy systems and modern cloud technologies.

You will work fully on-site at our client's Hyderabad office and operate as a consultative learning partner to product, UX, engineering, and customer success teams across the globe.

What You Will Do

• Architect end-to-end learning solutions for advanced enterprise technology products.

• Build curriculum strategies that support customer onboarding, product adoption, and long-term success.

• Consult with global stakeholders across sales, UX, product, and technical teams to design learning that solves real business challenges.

• Develop engaging content using Storyline, Rise 360, Camtasia, Snagit, and web-based formats.

• Master complex technologies through immersive product training and continuous learning as new versions release.

• Translate technical concepts into accessible, intuitive training for enterprise customer audiences.

Who You Will Support

• Primary audiences: B2B enterprise customers implementing complex technology solutions.

• Secondary audiences: Technical support teams and internal product teams.

• Collaboration partners: Sales, UX, engineering, and customer success stakeholders worldwide.

Job requirements What You Bring

Experience & Background

• 10+ years of instructional design experience within enterprise or technology environments.

• Strong background with enterprise technology companies (e.g., VMware, L&T Mindtree, GE Vernova, or similar).

• Proven success designing education for B2B customers and enterprise product ecosystems.

• Strong consulting capability and comfort influencing senior stakeholders.

• Experience working with international, cross-functional teams across time zones.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex products and adapt to frequent updates.

Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.

• Strong video production skills using Camtasia and Snagit.

• Working knowledge of HTML and web technologies.

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand product architecture.

• Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and ID methodologies.

• Experience with LMS platforms and SCORM compliance.

Consulting & Business Skills

• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Experience leading needs analysis and solution design for enterprise customers.

• Understanding of customer success, adoption models, and product lifecycle dynamics.

Nice to Have

• JavaScript and CSS skills.

• Adobe Captivate experience.

• Exposure to cloud technologies or legacy-to-cloud transitions.

• Understanding of semiconductor or infrastructure software domains.

• API or technical documentation writing experience.

• Learning analytics or data storytelling skills.

• Experience with SaaS or complex enterprise software implementations.
