Responsibilities:

Video Editing (Primary Focus):

  • Edit raw footage into engaging and visually appealing videos.
  • Add transitions, effects, sound design, subtitles, and graphics as needed.
  • Repurpose content for different formats (social media reels, long-form, training modules, presentations).
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, colors, fonts, and style.
  • Maintain an organized video asset library.

Videography (Secondary, Occasional):

  • Assist in planning and executing video shoots when required.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture quality footage.
  • Coordinate with teams to capture events, interviews, or training sessions.

Creative Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, training, and communications teams to understand requirements.
  • Suggest creative approaches for storytelling, editing styles, and visual treatments.
  • Stay updated with video editing and social media trends to keep content fresh.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio/showreel required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
  • Basic experience in shooting video with DSLRs/mirrorless cameras.
  • Familiarity with audio syncing, color grading, and motion graphics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media content creation (Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Basic photography and graphic design skills.
  • Ability to handle simple animations or motion graphics.
