Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by building strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities, and closing sales. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in face-to-face interactions, understands industrial/business needs, and can deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients within assigned territories.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and client presentations.

Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline updates, and market trends.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales / field sales (industrial, manufacturing, or service sector preferred).

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
