Job Summary

• We are looking for a Business Data and Analytics Architect to join our Business Intelligence and Analytics team within the Corporate Strategy organization.
• This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and practical implementation skills, as you will be pivotal in driving data-informed decision-making throughout the organization.
• Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing a business-centric data and reporting framework that provides executives, analysts, and operational teams with accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
• You will work closely with stakeholders across various functions to ensure that data is structured to support strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and foster business growth.
• Collaboration with data engineering, analytics, and business teams will be essential as you develop data models, establish data standards, deliver data products, and enable advanced analytics.
• Positioned at the crossroads of strategy, data governance, and business intelligence, this role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between data analytics and business outcomes.
• Experience in AI and Data Science is highly desirable to support advanced analytics initiatives and leverage AI-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design Business-Centric Data Architecture: Create scalable, business-aligned data models that support enterprise reporting, corporate KPIs, and operational decision-making.

· Utilize AI and Data Science techniques to develop predictive models and advanced analytics solutions.

· Improve data accessibility & usability: Work with business leaders to define data requirements and ensure that reports, dashboards, and analytics tools deliver relevant, high-quality insights.

· Ensure Data integrity & consistency: Establish standards for data accuracy, governance, and alignment across different functions.

· Champion data visualization & self-service Analytics: Build and optimize dashboards and reports in Tableau (or similar BI tools) that enable business users to explore data and answer key questions with confidence.

· Enable a 360-Degree view of the business: Design data models that provide a unified, cross-functional view of customers, products and financials.

· Support strategic planning & operational efficiency: Use data insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform executive decision-making and improve operational execution.

· Collaborate across teams: Partner with business leaders, data engineers, and analysts to align on key metrics, define data requirements, and drive adoption of analytics tools.

· Bridge business & technology: Act as a translator between business needs and data engineering, ensuring that technical teams build solutions that directly support business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or business intelligence roles with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role

• Strong understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and performance measurement across functions like sales, finance, and operations.

• Strong experience implementing data governance frameworks and practices, with a focus on data quality, stewardship, and metadata management.

• Expert-level skills in data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI

• Solid hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, including schema design and data modeling.

• Advanced SQL skills, experience with Python or R or other data manipulation languages

• Experience in AI and machine learning frameworks, in building ML models is a plus.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for stakeholders at all levels.

• Background in financial modeling, market analysis, or business transformation projects is a plus.

• Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
