Infra Expert

We are looking for an experienced Infra Expert to join our team and provide top-notch infrastructure solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust IT infrastructure that supports our business operations and enhances system performance and reliability. You will take the lead on analyzing existing systems, identifying improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.Location: Various locations including Bangalore, Coimbatore, Delhi NCR, and Mumbai.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, and networking. Analyze current infrastructure performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization. Oversee troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of infrastructure-related issues. Collaborate with IT teams to define and implement infrastructure best practices. Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture, configurations, and procedures. Install and configure hardware, operating systems, and applications as needed. Monitor and support data center operations including backups and disaster recovery procedures. Identify security vulnerabilities and implement appropriate solutions to safeguard the infrastructure. Keep updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to IT infrastructure. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role. Hands-on experience with server hardware, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls. Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment. Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach. Preferred Skills:Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar) are a plus. Experience with database systems and storage solutions. Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools. Education:B.Tech, M.Tech or MCA preferred.
