Position: Interior Architect Experience: 1-2 years Location: Goa Salary Range: 25,000 - 30,000 INR

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Architect with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Goa. As an Interior Architect, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior designs that meet our clients' needs. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering innovative solutions that exceed their expectations. You will also be required to engage and communicate effectively with clients to convince them of your design proposals.

**Responsibilities**:
Design Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop innovative and functional interior designs. Translate client's vision into tangible designs, considering aesthetics, space planning, materials, lighting, and other relevant factors.

Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their preferences, present design concepts, and convincingly articulate the rationale behind your designs. Engage in effective communication to build trust, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the design process.

Project Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of interior design projects, from initial concept development to final execution. Ensure that projects are delivered within specified timelines and budget constraints, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Material and Product Selection: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that align with the design concept, budget, and client's requirements. Provide expert advice on the best practices and latest trends in the industry.

Technical Documentation: Create detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation necessary for the implementation of the design. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate execution of design plans.

Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and integration of interior design elements within the overall architectural design.

**Requirements**:
1-2 years of experience as an Interior Architect, preferably in a similar role.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Additional certifications or specialized training will be an advantage.

Strong design portfolio showcasing your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to deliver innovative interior design solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and present design concepts convincingly.

Proficiency in relevant design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and other industry-standard tools.

Sound knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Up-to-date knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and industry best practices.
