Job Title: Architect Interior Designer

Location: Goa, India

Experience: Up to 2 years

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements, preferences, and budget for the project.
- Develop design concepts that align with the client's vision, functional requirements, and aesthetic preferences.
- Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings to communicate design ideas to clients and other stakeholders.
- Select appropriate materials, colors, and finishes that enhance the design concept and meet the project budget.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and review the progress of projects, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in designing and executing interior projects.
- Strong creative and conceptual design skills, with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, as required by project deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Interior design: 1 year (preferred)
