Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in a QC role. Key Responsibilities

  • Inspection & Testing: Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials and finished goods at various production stages to identify defects or deviations from required standards.
  • Documentation: Record and report inspection results, quality metrics, and any identified issues or concerns.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Analyze production problems and work with other specialists or production teams to find and implement corrective measures.
  • Auditing: Perform regular quality audits and process reviews to ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Protocol Development: Create and refine testing protocols and procedures to ensure efficient and effective quality checks across all product lines.
  • Training & Support: Train team members on quality standards and procedures, and support the broader quality assurance team.
  • Instrument Management: Maintain, test, and troubleshoot any instrumentation or testing equipment used in the quality control process.
