Senior Quality Controller

- Quality Assurance & Standards: Develop, implement, and enforce quality control plans, procedures, and standards to ensure products and services meet established specifications and regulations.
- Inspections & Testing: Perform thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and final products to identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Document inspection results, generate reports, maintain quality records, and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA): Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures to prevent recurrence and improve processes.
- Team Leadership & Training: Lead and mentor a team of quality control personnel, providing guidance, training, and support on quality control techniques and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, supply chain, and other departments to resolve quality concerns and ensure consistent quality standards across the organization.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all quality control activities and documentation comply with relevant industry regulations and best practices.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of quality control procedures

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
