Job Title: Eye Wear Consultant– Retail Eyewear
Location: Lenstrack, Noida
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 CTC per month
Education: Graduate (mandatory)
Job Description:
Lenstrack is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail eyewear store in Noida. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their vision needs, recommending suitable eyewear products, and ensuring excellent in-store service to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and sunglasses.
- Provide product knowledge and guide customers in making informed choices.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain store display, stock, and cleanliness as per brand standards.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and basic reporting.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably eyewear, will be an advantage.
- Presentable, customer-oriented, and target-driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
