About the Role

Our client is seeking a
seasoned Civil Engineer
with deep expertise in the
Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)
industry to
launch and lead a new PEB business unit
.

The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, technical competence, and a proven sales and business development background to build this vertical from the ground up — from market-entry strategy to team setup and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the launch, development, and expansion of a new PEB business vertical.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and market goals.
  • Identify and cultivate new clients, projects, and channel partners.
  • Oversee the complete PEB project cycle — enquiry, proposal, execution, and handover.
  • Build, mentor, and manage sales and technical teams.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and fabrication teams to develop tailored PEB solutions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events to strengthen brand presence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with
    15+ years of experience in the PEB industry
    .
  • Strong track record in
    PEB sales, business development, or operations
    .
  • In-depth understanding of PEB design, manufacturing, and erection processes.
  • Excellent leadership, networking, and client relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently build and manage a business unit.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and team-building capabilities.
