Job Title: Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the company's financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and tax regulations
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Monitor cash flow and support management with financial decision-making
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and Masters' degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
