Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python programming to join our growing AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying generative AI models and applications, and a deep understanding of modern AI frameworks and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.)
  • Write efficient, modular, and scalable Python code for AI applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, and Engineering
  • Stay updated with the latest research in Generative AI and implement relevant innovations
  • Optimize model performance and ensure robust deployment to production environments
  • Create APIs and interfaces to integrate models with applications

Required Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Python with clean coding practices
  • Experience with Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models, etc.)
  • Familiarity with libraries and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers (Hugging Face), etc.
  • Understanding of NLP, computer vision, or multi-modal learning
  • Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and deployment (on-prem or cloud)
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning of open-source LLMs
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (Docker, MLflow, Kubernetes, etc.)
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or published papers (optional but a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹190,000.00 per month
