Job Summary
Provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of daily business activities, working behind the scenes to manage data, documentation, and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Data & Documentation: Perform accurate data entry, maintain databases, update records, and manage physical/digital filing systems.
- Administrative Support: Handle emails, printing, scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing office supplies.
- Reporting: Prepare internal reports, presentations, and financial documents (invoices, bills).
- Internal Coordination: Communicate with front office, sales, and other departments to resolve issues and facilitate information flow.
- Financial Support: Assist with processing transactions, updating financial records, and supporting audits.
- Inventory/Logistics: Support inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and order processing (in some roles).
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree often preferred (Business Admin or related).
- Technical: Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer systems; CRM knowledge is a plus.
