Role Overview

We are hiring a Product Manager to drive the end-to-end development of our core platform. You will define product strategy, translate requirements into clear specifications, work closely with Engineering, AI, and Business teams, and ensure the product consistently delivers measurable value to students and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Discovery

  • Conduct primary research with universities, faculty, and students to deeply understand needs, workflows, and challenges
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement, innovation, and differentiation, especially in AI-driven learning, assessment, and career readiness

2. Execution & Delivery

  • Convert insights into clear PRDs, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria
  • Manage the full product lifecycle - from scoping and prioritization to feature planning, development, launch, and post-launch optimization
  • Own and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals, partner requirements, and platform scalability needs

3. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with Engineering to translate requirements into feasible technical solutions and manage trade-offs
  • Partner with AI/ML teams to design, refine, and validate intelligent features
  • Collaborate with Design to ensure usability, accessibility, and user experience consistency
  • Coordinate with Business Development and Customer Success to support deployments, integrations, college onboarding, & college satisfaction

4. Data, Quality & Iteration

  • Use data, analytics, and user feedback to evaluate feature performance and guide continuous improvement
  • Monitor platform reliability, enterprise readiness, and scalability requirements as deployments grow

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven product management experience in a technology or SaaS environment, with end-to-end product ownership
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation, specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams and strong familiarity with technical concepts, system design, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented and ownership-driven approach
