Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an
Architect
based in
Bengaluru
. The Architect will be responsible for creating and executing innovative architectural designs across
turnkey, civil, design & build, and interior projects
for
commercial office spaces as well as residential environments
.Daily responsibilities include project planning and coordination, developing architectural concepts and detailed layouts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate and implement design solutions, and ensuring that all projects adhere to established quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.The Architect will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects that align with client requirements and broader business objectives.
A professional experience of 3 to 4 years is required
for this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, focusing on industrial and interior projects
  • Knowledge and experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Ability to work with Software Development and Integration to incorporate technology into designs
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Familiarity with sustainable and innovative architectural practices is a plus
  • Experience working on industrial or commercial architecture projects is highly preferred
  • B.Arch / M.Arch
    degree is required
