The ideal candidate will bring 9+ years of experience in B2Bsales, team leadership, and customer relationship management. This roleinvolves strategizing, team supervision, performance monitoring, and ensuringthe achievement of regional sales goals. Key Responsibilities● Lead andmanage a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on fieldsales.● Coach andtrain team members to improve customer engagement, conversion, andretention.● Track teamKPIs and sales performance; implement action plans for underperformingareas.● Conductregular field visits to ensure high -quality customer interactions andrelationship building.● Strategicallysegment the market and assign territories to maximize coverage andresults.● Collaboratewith senior management to align sales efforts with business goals.● Analyzecustomer feedback and market trends to refine pitches and improve the valueproposition.      RequirementsRequired Skills & Competencies● Leadership& Coaching: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and upskill sales teams.● StrategicSales Execution: Strong B2B sales planning, execution, and optimizationskills.● CustomerEngagement: Expertise in relationship -building and upselling to small andmediumenterprises.● PerformanceManagement: Ability to monitor KPIs, conduct reviews, and driveimprovements.●Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi is a plus.● ProblemSolving: Analytical mind -set with a proactive approach to challenges. Qualifications & Experience● Education:Graduate -level degree; MBA preferred.● Experience:9+ years in sales with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.● Tech Savvy:Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting dashboards.● Personality:Results -oriented, self -driven, and collaborative.
