For more details, please visit our website here.What You will do:Employee Lifecycle Champion•Lead onboarding, inductions, confirmations, probation reviews, internal transfers, and exits.•Ensure employees experience a smooth journey from joining to exit.Attendance & Leave Maestro•Manage leave tracking, attendance systems, and absence policies.•Monitor adherence and implement creative solutions for flexibility without compromising compliance.Benefits & Compliance Guardian•Oversee statutory compliance like PF, ESIC, gratuity, PT, and medical insurance.•Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and audit -ready documentation is maintained.Policy Innovator & Governance Expert•Update, draft, and communicate HR policies.•Conduct sessions to keep the team informed and compliant.Employee Relations Architect•Be the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and engagement.•Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Data & Insights Leader•Maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.•Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.Team Mentor & Process Optimizer•Lead, guide, and upskill the HR operations team.•Introduce process improvements and best practices across HR operations.Requirements •8+ Years of experience in HR Operations and Team leading•Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and statutory compliance.•Hands -on experience with HRIS/HRMS tools.•Excellent communication, analytical, and problem -solving skills.•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.•Innovative mindset with a process -driven approach.•MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent Benefits•No dress codes​•Flexible working hours•5 days working•24 Annual Leaves•International Presence•Celebrations•Team outings
