Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bongaigaon. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, providing timely and accurate information, handling client inquiries, and proactively resolving issues. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze insurance products and services
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in regional languages
