Roles & Responsibilities

For Fresher / Entry-Level Developer

  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using Python and Django.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to understand project requirements and implement solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Test, debug, and troubleshoot software components to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Learn and apply modern software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
  • Contribute to the integration of front-end and back-end functionalities for seamless performance.
  • Stay updated with new frameworks, libraries, and industry trends in Python and web development.

For Experienced Developer (2 to 5 years)

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust Django-based web applications integrated with RESTful APIs.
  • Develop interactive front-end components using HTML, CSS, and modern web design principles.
  • Optimize application performance, ensure scalability, and maintain secure coding standards.
  • Implement database models, ORM queries, and handle backend logic using Python/Django.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using Python scripting when needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality.
  • Manage deployment processes and work with Git, Docker, or CI/CD tools if applicable.
