Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Engineer located in New Delhi. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for leading and managing engineering projects, overseeing the design and installation of pre-engineered buildings. Responsibilities include project planning and execution, problem-solving, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating with various teams to deliver projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to handle complex project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Engineering drawings and installation skills specific to pre-engineered buildings
  • Project management, planning, and execution experience
  • Ability to identify and address project challenges to ensure optimum quality
  • Experience with customization in terms of machinery and technology
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Proficiency with cutting-edge technology and engineering tools
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience 5years + in the pre-engineered building (PEB) sector is a plus
