This senior-level position requires strategic oversight of complex projects while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesProject LeadershipLead multiple complex projects simultaneously, ranging from $10M+ in valueDevelop comprehensive project strategies, timelines, and budgetsOversee all phases of project delivery from planning through occupancyEnsure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standardsClient & Stakeholder ManagementServe as primary client contact for assigned projectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, contractors, and vendorsFacilitate regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholdersManage client expectations and resolve conflicts as they ariseTeam ManagementLead project teams including project managers, coordinators, and support staffMentor junior team members and support their professional developmentCoordinate with internal JLL teamsManage external consultants, contractors, and design professionalsFinancial ManagementDevelop and monitor project budgets and financial forecastsReview and approve project expenditures and change ordersEnsure projects are delivered within approved budgetsPrepare financial reports and variance analysesRequired QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field20+ years of commercial real estate project management experience5+ years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale projectsTechnical SkillsProficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)Strong knowledge of construction processes and building systemsUnderstanding of commercial real estate markets and trendsExperience with LEED and other sustainability certifications preferredCore CompetenciesExceptional leadership and team management abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentClient-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skillsPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, CCM, LEED AP)Experience with various project types (office, retail, industrial, mixed-use)Knowledge of emerging technologies in construction and project managementPrevious experience with JLL or similar real estate services firm Location: On-site –Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours:0If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
