Job Title: Manager Accounts & Finance

Location: Near Gandhi Chowk, Upper Bazar, Ranchi

Salary: 60,000 70,000 per month

Experience: 6 to8 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Manager , Accounts & Finance to lead our accounting team, ensure statutory compliance, manage financial planning, and oversee the companys overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the accounting & finance function, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax filings and other statutory compliances.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including payment approvals.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, fund management, and cash flow planning.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
  • Implement strong internal controls and accounting processes.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance .
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in accounting & finance, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation laws, and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
