Job Title:
Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Accountant
to manage financial records, prepare reports, perform audits, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and capable of handling a variety of financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial documents and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure timely tax filings.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure financial procedures are followed.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
  • Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

Requirements:

Experience-3+

Location-Jharkhand

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an accountant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Experience with financial reporting and tax planning.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
