Role & responsibilities

1.) Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for web and mobile (Android & iOS) applications.

2.) Build and enhance automation frameworks to support scalability and reusability

3.) Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and ensure high-quality delivery.

4.) Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure consistent execution.

5.) Conduct performance and regression testing through automation.

6.) Document test results, identify bugs, and work closely with engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently

7.) Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to testing tools, frameworks, and processes.

Preferred candidate profile

* B Tech/ M Tech/ MCA degree in Computer Science,  or a strong technical background

* 5+ years of experience in  QA automation

* Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript

* Familiarity with Appium or Selenium WebDriver, and testing frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cypress

* Comfortable using Git, and experienced with CI tools like Jenkins, and test management tools like JIRA

* Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases

* Familiarity with Postman API validation

* Experience in creating detailed, reusable test cases and test documentation

* Solid understanding of testing principles, software development life cycle, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
