Overview: The QA Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the highest quality deliverables. This position is essential for maintaining and improving our product standards and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium
  • Contribute to the automation framework to support end-to-end testing
  • Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify and report issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and create test cases
  • Identify opportunities for test automation and implement automated testing strategies
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability
  • Conduct compatibility testing across different browsers and platforms
  • Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Document test cases and maintain test documentation
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and provide test estimates for user stories
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of the QA process and best practices
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in test automation using Python and Selenium
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages for test automation
  • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with performance and security testing is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
