Responsibilities
  • Design review, and execution of civil works related to WCS, ADITS, and PH structures.
  • Ensure alignment of construction activities with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to enforce safety protocols and quality control.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, and site personnel.
  • Coordinate with other departments (electrical, mechanical, procurement) for integrated project delivery.
  • Maintain documentation 
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • B.Tech with minimum 12–15 years of experience or Diploma with minimum 20 years experience in large-scale hydroelectric or infrastructure projects
  • Proven experience in Water Conductor Systems (WCS), Access Adits, and Powerhouse (PH) civil works.
  • Strong background in tunnel construction, underground works, and hydraulic structures
