Job Summary:

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery at customer sites. The ideal candidate should have a passion for machines, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

 Carry out installation and commissioning of machines at customer sites as per company standards.

 Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines to ensure minimal downtime.

 Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or control-related issues in machines.

 Conduct pre-installation site inspections and report readiness for installation.

 Maintain accurate service reports, installation checklists, and feedback forms.

 Provide technical guidance and basic operational training to customers.

 Coordinate with the service office for spare parts and technical documentation.

 Ensure timely communication and professional conduct with customers.

 Support the sales and application team in machine demonstrations or trials.

Qualifications & Skills:

 B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering.

 0–3 years of experience in industrial machinery service (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).

 Basic understanding of electro-mechanical systems, hydraulics, and CNC controls preferred.

 Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.

 Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Tamil/Kannada is an added advantage).

 Willingness to travel extensively and work independently at customer sites.

 Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
