We are looking for Freshers or Experienced Field Service Engineers to join our service team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and technical support of our office automation and digital solutions at customer sites. Experience candidates will be offered a highly competitive salary based on their experience and last drawn salary. ( for freshers, salary will be as per company standards)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Multifunction Printers (MFPs), Photocopiers, Printers and Print Management Solutions ( PMS) , and other hardware at customer locations.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of products such as Photocopiers, Interactive Touch Panels, Air Purifiers, and Print Management Systems.
  • Provide prompt and professional on-site service support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain service logs and document technical issues and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with the internal support team for spare parts and technical escalation.
  • Train end-users on basic operations and maintenance.
  • Follow up on open service calls to ensure timely closure.

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of printers, copiers, and IT hardware.
  • Knowledge of networking, system connectivity, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field schedules.
  • Willingness to travel locally as per service call requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical.
  • Freshers can apply. Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
  • Must possess a valid two-wheeler license (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
