Job Title : Junior HR Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will assist with various HR-related tasks, gain valuable work experience, and contribute to the development of our company's HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration: Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR systems, and processing employee data.
Recruitment Support: Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel arrangements, and maintaining candidate records.
Employee Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
Data Analysis: Assist with data analysis and reporting to support HR decision-making.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience: No prior experience required, but previous HR experience or internships are an asset.
