Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across departments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define role expectations.
  • Source and attract candidates through various platforms including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and track progress using internal databases.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent Zebronics at job fairs or recruitment drives.
  • Provide regular hiring reports and analytics to management.
